What information is being collected & how we collect it:

Your personal Data is being collected as you fill in forms or delivery details, newsletters on our website/order processing system.  It is also collected via phone if you call our sales department with your transaction.

Our credit card payments are handled and processed through Authipay payments, so we do not store your credit card details on our server. Authipay are data protection compliant.

Details about payments to and from you and what products and services you have purchased from us

Includes IP address, login details, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug in types and versions, operating system, platform and devices you use to access our website. Technical data for the purposes of supporting the products we sell is also gathered in order to provide after sales support

Profile Data:

Username, password, purchases and orders made by you, your preferences, interests and responses.

Your preferences in receiving marketing from us. 

We use Mail Chimp to engage with our customers via email. A customer may subscribe to our email via a) the checkout process b) contact us form c) sign up to newsletter. A customer subscribes to the email by opting in and agreeing to receive future emails.  The data collected includes a) email address b) name. There is an UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of all our emails so that you can unsubscribe from our email database at any time.

Facebook Pixel Code – A Facebook pixel is code that you place on a website. It helps to track conversions from Facebook ads, optimize ads based on collected data and build targeted audiences for future ads.

Google Ad Services – Google uses a cookie called ads/ga-audiences to re-engage visitors that are likely to convert to customers based on the visitor’s online behaviour across the website.
